"The first thing that impressed us with Maplewood was the time that Joe took with us in the pre-building process. We had designed our own plan and could not afford to build it, so Joe basically helped us shrink it down to our budget and still accommodate all of the special "extras" that we wanted to include. He took much more time than any other builder we have ever been associated with and demonstrated superior patience with us in the process. During construction we were happy with the way we were dealt with both in terms of the friendliness of the builders and their willingness to explain things to us. When changes came up that were oversights on every one's part, they were dealt with on a professional and fair basis. The thing I really liked about Maplewood was the fact that the building process took such a short time to complete (under four months) even though we were building a unique home.
